I was all set for this amazing church and marquee wedding in Brackley Oxfordshire!
Months in the planning with my amazing, bubbly, funny couple Ceri & Craig, the excitement inside of me was at bursting point come the morning of the wedding day!
Ceri had been telling me all about her vibrant plans. Very vibrant! Lashings of colour, kilts, big church, big marquee, a dog and some horses! It was all set for an incredible day and it most certainly was!
We started in Brackley Town Hall, a gorgeous toom right at the top of the town accessed by some long winding stairs. I was met by a very bubbly but very nervous bride Ceri, and my good friend Debbie Mac who is an amazing hair and makeup artist!
The look on Ceri’s dad’s face was beautiful!
Then it was a quick dash across the way to visit the groom Craig getting ready! Legs and Kilts a plenty!
Before heading back to Ceri in the Brackley Townhall, I then got to see the incredibly detailed, Vibrant, Red & Gold Marquee masterpiece that they had put together for their guests at the reception later in the day.
And this was just the start of the day!
Next; and as you can tell, there is a Scottish Theme amongst the wedding plans too! So, the role of a BagPiper was drafted to walk Ceri and her wedding party to one of the most beautiful churches I’ve had the pleasure to photograph in, The Chapel of St John & St James in Brackley. The sound that coated the streets of Brackley gave you goosebumps it was stunning, and EVERYONE came out of shops and stopped to see Ceri and her wedding party.
As you can see Craig was very chuffed seeing Ceri walking down the Chapel aisle with her dad! Everyone was smiling, the dog was chilling in the pews, the sun was bursting through the stain glass windows, it just got better and better!
Meet some of their wedding guests was fun!
The time had then come to finally meet her beautiful horses and for the guests to see the spectacular reception venue, the Red & Gold themed marquee!

My favourite place in Brackley providing the epic food for the wedding breakfast, The Green Room Brackley. Paella at a wedding just works so well! Yum!!!
