“Oxfords Leading
Event Photographer
For Modern Events”

Oxford Event Photography

I am Kevin, an Oxford based event photographer 15 years of experience photographing conferences, influencer launches, college dinners and award ceremonies across my home city.

My role at your event is to bring calm, focused energy and to work seamlessly alongside your team, so everything feels organised and effortless on the day. I pay close attention to the rhythm of the room, anticipating key moments and small details so they are captured naturally rather than staged. Years of working in many Oxford venues and colleges means I understand how to collaborate smoothly with coordinators, AV crews and venue staff, while keeping guests at ease in front of the camera. The result is a polished, story led collection of images that reflects the atmosphere of your event in Oxford and gives you strong visuals to share with your guests, clients and wider audience.

Thank you for visiting and taking a look around. Let me introduce you to who I am as an Oxford Event Photographer…

With fifteen years of experience as an Oxford event photographer, I have refined my craft so that every event is photographed with care, clarity and intention. I pay close attention to both the headline moments and the quieter interactions, so you receive a set of images that feels complete and considered rather than a handful of lucky shots.

I am proud to work regularly with Oxford colleges, departments and academic organisations. Whether I am documenting a conference, a keynote lecture or a special performance, I understand how important these occasions are for the people involved and for the institution’s story. By working discreetly within the academic environment, I can create images that reflect the character of the college, the energy in the room and the achievements being celebrated.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long after an event will we receive our photos?

For most events, I deliver a finished online gallery within 24 to 48 hours. If you need a small selection of images even sooner for social media or internal use, I can usually supply a preview set the next working day, agreed in advance when we plan your coverage. Final delivery of the full gallery takes place once the balance for your event photography has been paid in full.

Are you insured?

Yes. I hold both public liability and professional indemnity insurance. If your venue needs proof of cover in advance, I can provide the relevant documents for their records.

Do you regularly work with children at events?

Yes. As a dad of two girls and someone who regularly photographs families and children at events, I am very comfortable working with younger guests. I take time to talk to them, involve them where appropriate and help them feel relaxed in front of the camera. Children can be wonderfully unpredictable, so patience, sensitivity and a sense of humour are essential for capturing them at their best without interrupting the flow of your event.

What equipment do you bring to an event?

With over 15 years’ experience photographing events in and around Oxford, I know what each venue needs to be covered properly. I bring professional cameras, lenses and lighting tailored to your event, and work with two cameras on me at all times so I never miss a moment. Each camera records to dual memory cards, and I carry plenty of spare batteries and backup gear for complete peace of mind.

What happens if you are ill or injured for our wedding?

If I am ever too unwell or injured to attend your event, I will do everything possible to arrange an equally experienced professional event photographer to cover it in my place. I have a trusted network of colleagues I can call on at short notice, and my clear priority would be to secure suitable cover for you and keep you informed at every step.

What types of events do you photograph?

I regularly photograph corporate events, conferences, university balls, awards evenings, charity galas and private celebrations across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties. If you are planning something a little different, I am always happy to discuss your plans and tailor the coverage to suit your event.
